Nattika Gandusha Oil is used for Oral Cleansing as part of the Daily routine (Dinacharya). Take a tea spoon of the oil and swirl it inside the oral cavity. 
Regular practice of this procedure (termed as Gandusha in Ayurveda) improves oral health and oral immunity.
